Are there reports available in RMPro?

Yes, there is a large set of reports that allow you to monitor practically every aspect of your business. From inventory best/worst sellers and best-selling customer zip codes to the standard every-day reports like Sales Analysis, Payment Summary, Inventory Sold by Period, Sales Tax, and much, much more. There are over 120 reports, each of which can be customized in thousands of different ways, providing you with near infinite possible reports. For easier navigation, the Reports are grouped into folders by subject and there is a free text search by report name. Also, users can create their own Favorite list of reports.

Can I compare trends using charts?

Yes, many different reports also have a charts available. There are a number of comparison reports, such as Yearly Sales Comparison, which display multiple years month-by-month, which can also be viewed as a chart. In fact, the charts are customizable to your liking, so you can view data as a pie chart, line chart, or bar chart.

How can I measure my business with RMPro?

RMPro offers our SMART Analytics tool, allowing you to carefully analyze your business trends, drill into the details, and even connect with your QuickBooks to exchange expense information. Several attached tools provide more in-depth details, such as pinning your customers on Google Maps, checking the weather history on a specific day, or even just discovering which day of the week you get the most business.

Our SMART Growth tool takes a look at your last few years of business, predicts how much you can expect within the next year, and tells you exactly what you will need to do, if you are trying to grow your business. That’s by either increasing the average number of invoices, or by increasing the average amount per invoice. In either case, SMART Growth gives you visibility into the future, and a plan of action.
Further, you may group all your employees, and offer them incentive payouts if you reach your regular goals. The main screen of RMPro’s “Back Office” application is the Home Screen Dashboard.
