With Transfer Request, you can easily list the items you need and send a request to the source location. Once the request is submitted, a privileged user from the source location can initiate the transfer process.
But that’s not all – we’ve also included a “Tran. Req” button that provides a list of all pending transfer requests. This way, you can easily keep track of all pending items and ensure that they are included in the transfer document.
Sale in Other Location
One of the main benefits of the Transfer Request concept is that it enables sales at Other Locations. Even if an item is not available at your current location, you can still complete the sale by adding inventory from another location to an invoice.
Sometimes, you may encounter situations where an item’s status is incorrect or it is not in the correct location. However, you don’t want these issues to prevent you from closing the sale and satisfying your customers. That’s why we’ve created the Sale in Other Location feature – to help you complete the sale regardless of inventory location.
From the customer’s standpoint, nothing is different than if the item were already available at the current location. The only difference is that the item’s status will be “Sold in Other Location,” alerting you that a transfer is required.

Return in Other Location
Our transfer system also enables you to perform returns at other locations, so you can handle customer requests with ease.
The process of returning an item from another location is identical to a regular return, except for a pop-up message asking for confirmation that you are returning an item from another location. Upon return, the item will be placed in the Transfer Request list and will wait until the privileged user decides to return it to the original location or to retain it in some other manner.
